Our service offers a platform where landlords can book maintenance services from trusted service providers for their tenants. Please note that any appointed service workers are neither employed by us nor are we affiliated with them. RenFixit only serves as a platform that connects users with service providers, we ourselves do not provide any maintenance services listed on our web app. Any contracts established through our platform are between you, the user, and the third-party service provider. As such, the service provider is responsible for the service that you have purchased. Any disputes or complaints should be resolved with the service provider, however, if you are unable to resolve a dispute, RenFixit will step in and provide you with an adequate resolution.

We take reasonable measures to ensure that the quality of the services available through our web app is suitable. In order to do so, we conduct interviews and obtain proof of identity. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the information provided by third parties is accurate. Furthermore, you purchase services on our platform at your own risk. We have the right to remove a service provider from our platform after receiving negative feedback related to the quality of the service.

Limitations of Use

By using this web app, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

1. Modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this web app;
2. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on this web app;

Should anybody gain unauthorized access to your account, you need to notify us immediately. RenFixit is not liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account.

When creating your RenFixit account, you are required to provide your financial information relevant to the chosen payment method. In some cases, you may be requested to provide your credit card details. Any information provided during the booking process needs to be accurate; otherwise, the appointed service worker may not reach your address.

Disclaimer and Limitations of Liability

Our web app and the materials on our web app are provided on an ‘as is’ basis.
